On last June 24th and 26th we delivered the seminar "Keys for an Effective Training", at A.D.C.A. in Buenos Aires city.

It was conduced by Denise Ferreyra and Ma. Alejandra Marsilli, with the participation of important organizations. During the course, we analyzed the required conditions for any training investment to be transferred to the work practice, and to contribute to the achievement of the organizatinal results.
